The Call center industry in the Philippines has been booming since being introduced by former president Joseph Ejercito Estrada. This provides jobs to students who could not find job inline to their respective position but has a great talent and fluent in speaking English.

However, there are some companies who does not strictly screen the applicants and accept every applicant just to fill the lacking position and meet the jobs demand. Here is a recent example of a call center agent or representative who does not take its job seriously.
